Concentration: The thinner the film product, the weaker the coloring effect of the same masterbatch concentration. When the color does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to increase the amount of masterbatch added. Blown film products cannot increase the filling amount of masterbatch indefinitely, which will affect the film product.

Coloring ability: Different color powders have different coloring abilities. The higher the coloring power, the higher the cost. For example, for coloring yellow with the same color depth, for masterbatch products with different quality toners, the color depth after coloring is quite different at the same concentration.

Compatibility: For blown film products, the process difficulty of multi-layer blown film itself is quite high. After adding masterbatch, the physical and chemical properties of the product will change. The masterbatch is not compatible with plastic raw materials, which will lead to a decrease in the blown film performance of the raw materials.

Heavy metal content, resistance: Especially for food packaging film and medical packaging film, the product must not contain any heavy metal substances, and all kinds of raw materials in the masterbatch must meet the composite standards.
